We put our hearts into every candle we hand pour, and we know you will be over the moon about our candles, but if for some reason we fall short of your expectations, we want to make it right. No small print.  Please contact us within 7 days at: comfort@willieccandles.com 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
