Shipping policy

U.S.A./Canada: For orders delivered within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Canada, the following UPS shipping methods are available:

Standard Ground (4-6 business days), Second Day (2 business days), and Next Day (1 business day). Please select your preference at checkout.

You can track your order by following the tracking link we send via email when your package ships. Please email us directly with any questions/concerns about your package. You may email us through the contact form on our homepage, or directly at: comfort@willieccandles.com

Standard Ground: Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take additional time to arrive. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

Alaska: We will ship only USPS to our Alaskan clients. USPS will NOT appear as a shipping option at checkout. Please email us your order for manual fulfillment.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
