We put our hearts into every candle we hand pour, and we know you will be over the moon about our candles, but if for some reason we fall short of your expectations, we want to make it right. No small print.  Please contact us within 7 days at: comfort@willieccandles.com 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

SHIPPING GUIDE

U.S.A./Canada: For orders delivered within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Canada, the following UPS shipping methods are available:

Standard Ground (4-6 business days) and Second Day (2 business days). Please select your preference at checkout.

You can track your order by following the tracking link we send via email when your package ships. Please email us directly with any questions/concerns about your package. You may email us through the contact form on our homepage, or directly at: comfort@willieccandles.com

Standard Ground: Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will take additional time to arrive. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are excluded from Free Shipping promotions. 
Alaska: We ship only USPS to our Alaskan clients. USPS will NOT appear as a shipping option at checkout. Please email us your order for manual fullfillment.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Our candles are crafted with the most luxurious, highly concentrated essential + fragrance oils. Free of dyes, phthalates, propellants and other synthetic ingredients and blended with our 100% coconut soy wax blend, free of parrafin. Our candles provide a long lasting and sophisticated fragrance throw that will fill your home with memories and inspiration.

Please follow these tips to enjoy your new candle for hours to come.

~ Always trim your candle wick before each burn.

~ Allow your candle to reach a full melt pool before extinguishing.

~ Never leave a burning candle unattended.

~ Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time.

~ Discontinue use when remaining wax is less than 1/2" at bottom of vessel.

- Due to the natural properties of our organic coconut-soy wax blend, your candle surface may appear textured after burning. This is natural and purely aesthetic, and will not affect the future performance of your candle.
